Thanks for taking time to read about us

Critter Magazine is an animal adoption publication dedicated to improving the quality of life for animals through education, by supporting spay/neuter efforts, encouraging responsible pet guardianship and helping to find loving homes for animals in need. Although the majority of the animals profiled are dogs and cats, we will feature any animal in need of adoption.
Critter Magazine has been around the southeastern region of the US for about 15 years. We work with local shelters, and animal rescuers, to profile animals in need of homes, with hopes that our readers will save a life by adopting a pet. We also publish informative animal care articles to help educate our readers.
Critter Magazine started in the metro Atlanta area in July 2007 after publisher Leah Robinson decided to try and make a difference in the lives of animals, and people.
Knowing that so many loving animals are euthanized in shelters every week breaks her heart, so she encourages people to spay/neuter their pets and keep the pets they already have, instead of allowing them to become strays or dropping them off at local shelters.
